Shipping Charges are depending on your location. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our factory distribution center will be sent by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Some packages may be shipped from our US distributors via USPS. Some packages may be shipped from our UK Warehouse via Royal Mail.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We ship internationally, and whilst most of our customers report no duties/taxes due, your purchase may be subject to a small import duty depending on your country. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
How long does shipping take?
We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. It may take
anywhere from 7 – 30 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Please note during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted but you may contact the shipping carriers directly at the number provided in the shipping notification emails you will receive. Below are the most typical time frames for your region, however, a delay can rarely happen so contact us first before opening a dispute.

What is your Returns Policy?
Our returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to process your return.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund if required if you cancel your order within 12 hours. However if 12 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia, and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in
order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So
don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are
listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
